So, How does this work?
Each session has its own rate, which are listed below. When they are billed “out-of-pocket”, this means each session is paid in full at the time of service.
When using insurance coverage, we will discuss what the specific costs for you will look like after determining what your benefits are during our first initial consultation.
INDIVIDUAL
An individual session is for one person seeking services. This also includes any individual sessions with kids. Sometimes, it can be helpful to have a partner or parent join an occasional session, in which case we’d talk about the rate ahead of time and make any necessary accommodations.
$185/ session
FAMILY
Families come in all shapes and sizes and it is up to you what you consider to be your family. Whether that includes your children, parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, friends, etc. A family session is for any 2 or more attending the session and it is up to you who you want to involve in the process.
$235/ session
STUDENT
Being in school already presents its own financial and emotional challenges, especially if you’re attending from out of state. I am happy to provide a reduced rate when presented with an active student ID, so that we can make the work together a little less stressful.
$155/ individual session $205/ family session

For Out-of-Network Benefits
In some instances I can serve as an out-of-network provider for insurance companies and provide you with a Statement of Services (also known as a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that it is your responsibility to determine what your insurance mental health coverage offers for out-of-network providers.
